I like to call myself an end-user’s advocate. Decisions for platforms are usually taken from the management’s perspective of how they perceive a user would behave, but the reality is different. You ≠ User; is a motto I like to use for my design and development processes with my clients. Approaching topics from a grounded theory perspective and understanding decisions from the ground-up is my forte.
